Journey is the sixth offspring of our original female, LVG Calista, a daughter of the well known 4Peruvian Black Magic. Like his dam, he has charming personality, and a sweet and playful nature. Journey’s sire is the multiple award-winning Black Lance and his paternal ancestors include 5Peruvian Silverado and CPeruvian Jaxon.
Journey is a beautiful well balanced alpaca with excellent proportions, a pleasing head, and a dense and bright fleece with lovely character. Although Journey is a light fawn, he has a number of black and grey ancestors in his lineage, and we believe that he will produce many colorful cria. We plan on breeding him to several of Savone’s daughters, and if we are lucky, maybe we will get a grey or black. Only time will tell. No matter what the color, we believe that his qualities will enhance our herd’s fleeces.
