Shakira Lee is a lovely female with a sweet disposition. Perhaps one of
her most interesting features is the color of her fleece. We originally
believed her to be bay black, but at her last show this spring, she was
color checked as indefinite dark. After Shakira was shorn, it appears
that her fleece is dark rose grey. No matter what color, Shakira's
fleece is fine, consistent and has a very soft handle. This young
female has excellent genetics from both her dam and sire. Her dam is a
granddaughter of 4Peruvian Black Magic and her sire’s lineage includes
Cperuvian Jaxon and 5Peruvian Silverado. Black Lance is a compact male
with very fine fleece, and Shakira has certainly inherited her sire’s
fineness.
Shakira is well grown for her age and has good
conformation and nice lines. We have chosen Strider of the Shire for
her to improve the density of her fleece.
